Town Fair 101
Announcing the 68th Annual Town Fair
Saturday, May 18th, 2019
10:00am - 4:00pm
This is the school’s annual gift to the community and has been a St. Matthew’s tradition since the Parish moved to the Bienveneda campus in 1952. Town Fair is an old-fashioned fair featuring fun rides and games for all ages, including a special preschool yard, live music and entertainment, tasty food and treats, raffle prizes, and boutique shopping. It is a fun-filled day, but it is also a fundraiser benefiting the school’s charity outreach partners.
Our Town Fair is only possible because of the active involvement and volunteer work of every school family and our dedicated Sexton crew. We thank you all for your hard work and support, and we look forward to sharing an amazing day at the fair with all of you.

Town Fair is entirely organized, staffed, and run by our school families. As a result, every school family, Preschool through 8th grade, is required to work 6 hours for the Fair. Parents can divide the commitment by working 2 shifts of 3 hours (10:00 am-1:00 pm and 1:00 pm-4:00 pm) or one parent can carry the volunteer torch for the team!
- Sign Up for Preschool Staffing (If you have any children enrolled in Preschool)
- Sign up for K-8 Staffing (all other families with students in K-8 only)
- Sign up 7th Grade students for a 2 hour shift at or before Town Fair
